Literally 2 hours earlier I was taking out the trash thinking: these cans wreak, I need to get these damn things cleaned! I paid them $40 to clean both. We chatted a bit afterwards. They were 13 & 14, and made about $150 after 2 hours of knocking on doors. I get another knock at the door on Monday afternoon. Same kids, but with a different pitch. I paid them another $15 to pull my weeds. $55 from me in 48 hours. They hit up a happy customer with a second offer (SMART!) These 2 teens figured out what most Creators haven't. Back in February, I uploaded 20 months of sales data into Claude. 4,637 transactions. 40.3% of my customers bought from me 2 or more times. I'm damn proud of that number. Studies show that it's 5x - 12x easier to sell to a current customer over a new prospect. Yet, most Creators spend 92.3% of their time, money, energy, effort, blood, sweat & tears chasing strangers while ignoring people who've already whipped out their wallets and said, "I trust you" by giving them digital dollars. I got this message from a client this morning... "Btw, 8 sales today! $213 made 🚀" I built him a custom GPT as a front end offer, and another custom GPT for his order bump. He flipped ads on last week for the first time. 7 days in, and getting customers coming in while he's drooling on his pillow. Saturday was FUGLY. We lost our flag football game 28-2 (interceptions are worth 1 point each) It's been a rough season.
