I launched MonetizedOS back in May. Version 1.0. 16 people grabbed it. Then I lost all my social media accounts on June 12 and fucked up my world. In July, I renamed it Jax, and launched it again. I had 10 people grab that version (502 visits to the page) But I wasn't happy with the numbers. So naturally, I did what any rational entrepreneur would do... I pivoted. AGAIN. Looking at those numbers now, I'm almost embarrassed. 10 sales from 502 visitors is roughly a 2% conversion rate. For a $197 product that I'd barely given a chance to breathe. The problem wasn't Jax. The problem was my patience. I should have been asking... How do I make the offer better?" "How do I improve the messaging?" "How do I get more eyeballs on it?" "How do I get really damn good at selling this ONE thing?" I chased the woman in the red dress. I'm constantly yapping about... SELL ONE OFFER. Apparently, I needed to unsubscribe from my own emails. 😂 I've been trying to get crystal clear on what I help people do. It comes down to 3 words... Monetize Your Life. Take something you've lived, learned, solved or overcome... Turn it into one simple offer... Then build a system that sells that bad boy again and again. Which, hilariously, is exactly what I needed to hear myself. I'm done pivoting away because I didn't knock it out of the park on day 1. I want to see how far I can take... One. Damn. Offer. I'll be yapping about Jax a lot this coming week. Keep yo eyes peeled. YOU GOT THIS 🙌 In your corner, P.S. I sent out an email out about flipping ads back on for the Offer Wizard yesterday. I look at the Offer Wizard as a slice of Jax. Like a paid trial. It's the "first base" offer. Jax helps them get home. |

My son and his buddy are officially businessmen. Their business? Cleaning trash bins. Keep an eye out for them on Shark Tank 😜 They landed their first paying customer today. My son’s friend’s sister’s boyfriend hired them. A customer is a customer! Ashton fell asleep early tonight. I went in to give him a kiss, and noticed 3 sheets of notebook paper on his desk. It was their master plan He wrote down what they needed, what to charge, special bundle pricing, how many doors they were gonna...
I spent most of this morning combing through old data. Was it the most productive use of my time? Probably not, but I is a numbers nerd. Some binge Netflix, I like to stare at spreadsheets (I'm a weird MFer) This morning, I was digging through the numbers from the Offer Wizard. I launched ads on December 3rd last year. And they worked. Quite, well, too. Looking through December & January, I found 9 different ad sets where I was paying less than $10 per customer. Then I saw the number that...
We have 100 days left in 2026. That’s it. And I don’t give a two hoots what happened during the first 265 days. Maybe you crushed it. Maybe you sh*t the bed. Maybe you launched something that flopped like my Detroit Lions defense did on national TV last Thursday night. Maybe you spent 9 months “getting ready”. Does. Not. Matter. Those 265 days are in the rearview mirror. And there’s a reason your windshield is 47x bigger than your rearview mirror. We're looking FORWARD. Q4 starts in a little...
