I've done a shitty job with my daily email habit. I missed 23 days. TWENTY. THREE. And lemme tell ya... Getting back on the daily email train after falling off is about as enjoyable as getting back in the gym after taking a month off. You KNOW you should do it. You KNOW you'll feel better afterward. But your brain makes every damn excuse why "tomorrow is the day". Anywhoo.... I added some color and a fresh design to my new website. And I'm slowly moving everything away from Stan. Products. Funnels. Website. Blog. Course delivery. Everything housed under ONE roof. I have a custom dashboard I built out tracking all my favorite metrics like AOV, LTV, what platforms are generating leads/sales, etc. I actually took my favorite elements from my Wordpress dashboard, Sam Cart and Stan, and crreated my own dashboard. It's wild what we can do with AI nowadays. Gone are the days of duct taping 70-11 tools together. Simpler. Cleaner. Less shit to manage. That's the goal. Kinda ironic... As I'm simplifying the tech side, I needed the exact reminder with email. Just do the simple thing. I just need to write one email today. Hit send. We tend to make "getting back on track" heaps harder than it needs to be. Missed the gym for 3 weeks? Go today! Haven't posted in a month? Post today! Haven't emailed in 23 days? Email today! No need to kill yourself trying to make up for lost time. You just need to stop adding more lost time. YOU GOT THIS 🙌 In your corner, |

Ava stayed home from school today. Girl stuff. As the Dad of a teenager, I’ve learned there are certain situations where my job is NOT to investigate. All I said all morning was... "How ya feeling?" "Need anything?" "Hungry?" There’s something oddly freeing about knowing when you DON’T need to do more. It reminds em a lot of what we do online. When something isn't working...isn't the answer we always rush to is to do MORE. Another funnel, another offer, another platform, another strategy some...
I've been tinkering a little bit too much lately. This time, it's with Lovable. Again. I'm building a new Adam Dukes website. My old AD website is built on Wordpress, and WP makes me want to chuck my laptop out the window.(here's the new site) This will be my new main hub (this idea was inspired by my buddy Kevin Hood, and yes, I "modeled" his simple design, too) Here's what it does right now: two landing pages for capturing leads, a "blog" that auto-posts my daily emails so nothing I write...
Life ain't fair. 102 straight days of swimming laps. Came to an end yesterday 😭😭😭 The pool was closed all day yesterday due to lightning in the area. Apparently, they close the pool if lightning is in a 10 mile radius. By my Conrad said that most guarantees and insurance policies have an "act of God" clause, so I ain't counting yesterday. I got back in the pool and swam my laps today. Life is always gonna hand you shit sammiches. I lost my social media accounts with 56,000+ followers in June...
