I love Threads. It takes me 2.7 seconds to throw out random ideas. I never know if it's gonna be genius or garbage, but Threads let's me know pretty quickly. If it lands...I quadruple down on that idea/topic. If it flops? I pretend like it didn't happen like that one time I rocked a mullet in 2010 (no joke). I think it looked majestic! Anywhooo... Lately, I've been yapping about a topic that keeps hitting. Most people, yes, sometimes, even the one's under your own roof, don't actually want to see you do better. It's that "crabs in a bucket" mindset. You toss a handful of crabs in a bucket. One tries to escape, and the others yank him back down. Eventually, they are starve to death. It's the same in real life, although, you likely ain't gonna die. But your dreams might. Here’s what I’ve noticed: Often times, your leveling up reminds people of the potential they're squandering away. And people hate that shit. It's like you're holding up a mirror and all they see are their own insecurities staring back at them. That discomfort, lack of support or weird vibe when you talk about your goals? Totally normal. We all deal with this, so you're not alone, Reader Do me one favor: Do NOT let their fear become your ceiling. When you start really leveling up (your Stripe account doing the happy dance daily, putting on muscle, losing weight, etc), that's when the "crabs" are gonna pull the hardest. Don't let them slow you down. If you do want out of that bucket... Here are 3 Black Friday ways to do it YOU GOT THIS 🙌 In your corner, P.S. If you’ve been feeling alone on this climb… you don’t have to be. These offers were built to give you support, clarity, and direction. |

Easter Sunday. 2019. The kids were with their Mom. I was alone. Hungover. Again. I was miserable the kids were doing Easter without me. So what did I do? I went in the backyard, and started trimming the bushes (honestly). As I was trimming away I had this thought... "Maybe I can go 30 days without booze". Something I had attempted 238x in the past. And always failed miserably. My grandma used to say, “That boy has a lot of quit in him.” She wasn’t wrong. I didn't trust myself. At all. I...
Yesterday, I sent an email about a comment I got on IG. Made an offer at the end. Saturday's email? It was about how Michigan got curb stomped by that team in Ohio. Then made an offer. Friday's email? How I took the kids to Wendy's to get $0.67 Frosty (IYKYK). Made an offer. That's by "stupidly simple" business model: Skill #1: Tell storiesSkill #2: Make offers That's it. No funnel that looks like the team at NASA built it. No team of 17 VAs spread across the globe. Just stories + offers....
I got a comment on IG this morning about The Offer Wizard™ So you're selling people a wizard to create their own digital product? It's a a great question, let me explain... I've had 100s of conversations over the last year with Creators. They think they have a sales problem. They don't. I find more have an offer or a messaging problem. Sometimes, a combo of the two. They're solving too many problems, or not a specific problem, or it sounds like every other offer, or it's vague/general, or the...
