Ashton turned 11 this morning. We have a tradition to keep. The kids are at their Mom's this week, so it sucked not waking up and giving him a big ol' hug & kiss. We started a tradition a few years back. We do it on his bday and Ava's (her bday is the 30th of this month). We go to Dunkin Donuts for some sweet treats. On the way there, we blast "In Da Club" by 50 Cent (It's your birthday...). Ava couldn't make it today, as she had bad cramps, but the tradition still stood for Ashton. When you split custody, I don't get every morning. I get my week. And I try my best to make that week count. This summer, during my weeks, we took morning walks, ate lunch & dinner together daily, Ashton & I hit the gym/pool, and we watched our TV show (The Rookie) every night before bed. I didn't quit Uber to trade it for a laptop that owned me instead. I needed a business that worked with my life, not against it. One that didn't require me to be "on" every second, chasing the next launch, funnel, or the latest trick or hack. So I built Jax. It takes the idea you've started and stopped 70-11 times and turns it into something sellable before the self doubt spiral kicks in. Five days or less, you've got your first paying customer. Guaranteed. If nobody beats me to it, I become your first customer myself. From there, 10 customers by day 28. Based on real outcomes from the process now built into Jax's onboarding sequence, individual results vary. Ninety days or less, you're looking at consistent $100 days. Then you've got something to sell while you're out living your life. Even while ordering Dunkin donuts at 8:30 am on a Thursday morning with your kid. All while you're showing up for the people who matter. That's the whole point. YOU GOT THIS 🙌 In your corner, |

69 straight days swimming laps in the pool. I stepped on the scale on Saturday, and it read: 151.2 lbs. The kids & I ate some pizza on Saturday (and Sunday), so I weigh a bit more. Down 27.4 lbs since January 1st. Anywho, I've shared before that I time myself in the pool. My best time is 7:21 (a few weeks ago, it was 9:08). Tonight I hit 7:22. Same time as Saturday. I looked at my watch, and was a bit disappointed that I was 2 seconds off a new record. Then it hit me... I showed up. Again....
Ava, Ashton, my parents and myself went to Chick-fil-A for lunch today. We got there around noon, and the place was packed. No surprise. The staff running around with smiles and trays in each hand, saying, "my pleasure" like they meant it. As my Dad was wiping salt off his hands from the waffle fries, I got to thinking about Chick-fil-a's operation. They sell chicken. Nothing else. Sandwiches, nuggets, strips, delicious waffle fries and milkshakes. You ain't gonna find burgers, tacos,...
On Wednesday, I told you I took the feedback I got from MonetizedOS and rebuilt it into something simpler, more powerful. It's called Jax. One AI, one conversation. You tell it what you're building, an offer, your story, your voice, your sales page, and it builds it with you, right there in the chat. No picking between nine different tools anymore. No figuring out which one solves your problem before you've even started. I'm also reviving the Skool community, 3 Hour Creators. I dropped the...
