$205.43 → $405: What the offer had to do with it


I launched ads for a DFY client a week and a half ago.

I was sharing the numbers with him today with a big ol' smile on my face...

Ad spend: $205.43
Customers: 15
Sales: $405

The campaign is working better than I envisioned.

This is a dream scenario, as he's literally doubling his money every 24 hours.

It wasn't the targeting, a viral hook, or some genius ad strategy (we've only tested 3 ads so far)

It was the OFFER.

This client has an interactive map (AI tool) for Canadian families looking to place their kids in prep schools.

There is nothing like this on the marketplace.

Everyone else in the space is selling guides & checklists.

My client has a tool that provides an interactive experience.

That's the positioning no one talks about. When your offer looks like a purple cow in a field full of black & white cows covered in mud. You no longer have to hard sell, as you become the obvious choice.

Two things made this work...

ONE: He solves a specific problem for a specific person.

TWO: An AI tool is drastically different from everything else in the marketplace. An AI tool doesn't just solve a problem, it shows up differently in the buyer's mind. The market is flooded with courses, PDFs, guides, checklists, etc. A tool that interacts with them is in it's own category.
